Hello

This bugcheck indicates some corrupt drivers.. Have you downloaded any third party software?

Citrix Enterprise Browser

Can I ask why you have the above installed on a personal computer.

Edit to add: We can see a couple of things of note in Speccy but we cannot elaborate while not knowing the answer to the question asked.

Honestly I don't know why that's installed on my pc.
After running sysnative it gave me a folder with a bunch of files. I've tried unloading it here but the file is too big to upload. I was wondering I it was a specific file within that folder.

No problem, it has nothing to do with Sysnative and is in fact business related software which is the reason that we had to ask the question of you.

Please uninstall the application, restart the computer, run Speccy again and post the new url for us so that we can confirm that Citrix has gone.

Can I ask that you do not quote every reply as we have to read the full post to make sure nothing gets missed,, thanks.

No signs of Citrix so all good there, you mentioned BSOD so will address that first;

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

Regarding your Speccy log, will go through the issues as they are list there;

Power Profile
Active power scheme: High performance

Change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced, Ultra and High Performance are a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues, the setting should only be used for gaming type notebooks that have a discrete GPU that needs the extra power.

Manufacturer: G.Skill
Max Bandwidth: DDR4-2666 (1333 MHz)
Part Number: F4-3600C19-16GTRS
SPD Ext.: XMP

That is the wrong RAM for your CPU, AMD state here up to 3200MHz and if you have XMP or DOCP enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC fall over.

Go into the BIOS, disable XMP and then manually set the RAM to run at 3200MHz and the voltage to 1.35V.

The below an advisory for your future reference;

Partition 1
Partition ID: Disk #0, Partition #1
Disk Letter: C:
File System: NTFS
Volume Serial Number: 5043771F
Size: 1862 GB
Used Space: 1633 GB (87%)
Free Space: 228 GB (13%)

You are reaching the minimum safe limit for the amount of free storage space that you need to have, see my canned explanation below;

For Windows to be able to run efficiently and to be able to update you need to have between 20 and 25% of the partition or drive available on a HDD and an SSD between 10 and 15% as free storage space at all times, if you don`t you risk Windows becoming corrupt or not being able to update which puts you at risk of malware attack.

Data only storage devices should not be allowed to get any lower than 10% of free storage space of the full capacity of the drive/partition on the drive, this also to avoid data corruption.

Please note that storage devices can physically fail if the amount of free storage space is allowed to drop below the required 10 or 20/25% minimum.

Fwiw, Windows should have been installed on its own 250GB partition on the drive, it would make things easier to back up and Windows at far less risk of data corruption that way.

Your most recent crash dmp is more than a week old and therefore of no use, anything more than three days old cannot be relied upon because whatever was causing the crash may have gotten resolved by something like a Windows update, your last crash btw was Windows and not driver related, the issue was with the (PFN) page frame number which in layman's terms is Windows version of memory as in which file or folder goes where etc.

Let us know how things go after you have made the suggested changes and used the PC for a while, couple of days if you have no problems.

i have a system error
Volume C: (\Device\HarddiskVolume3) needs to be taken offline to perform a Full Chkdsk. Please run "CHKDSK /F" locally via the command line, or run "REPAIR-VOLUME <drive:>" locally or remotely via PowerShell.
