The computer does not start. If I press Start button - nothing happens.
The computer used to have 2 HDs, one - with the operating system, the second one - with the files. I have disconnected and removed the HD with the files, the second HD with the operating system is remained. Motherboard and other details are in the attached pictures.
OS - Windows 10
Power Supply - Corsair CX 600
Mother Board - ASUS M5 A97

When you say nothing happens, does the cpu fan spin and or PSU fan?

If so

Have you tried putting the hard drive you removed back in to test the pc. Also ensure you have not dislodged any other cables whilst removing the hard drive.
 
and to add to want Gus has suggested, there seems to be a fair bit of dust around the memory chip and add-on vid card.
remove, clean and reseat those components and see if that helps.
