Can anyone help me figure out why my pc uncontrollably stutters on a few games. I have a Radeon 5600xt, R5 3600, and a thomahawk b450 max. The stuttering is very persistent, its not even just stuttering, it completely freezes. and might be fine for a few seconds but then goes back. Like it is unplayable to the point where ill get a new frame maybe every five seconds. It does this on Jedi survivor, which I know is not optimized, Hogwarts (also not optimized), OW 2, Rust, cyberpunk, and Grounded. I know most of these games arent optimized but it shouldnt stutter to the point it does. But then its fine on some games like, RDR2 on high settigns, shadow of the tomb raider, valheim, and green hell. It still stutters when in lower my graphics settings as well.
