Hello,

I bought a new ASUS ZenBook UX530UQ recently and, in general, I'm really happy with it. There is just one problem, every so often, the mouse pad becomes unresponsive and I've no idea why! It doesn't seem to matter what I'm doing on it. It doesn't happen all the time, but just enough to become irritating.

It also sometimes seems to misinterpret gestures too, for example, I might use two fingers to scroll and it 'thinks' I'm using all four to swipe up and reveal all windows.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Many thanks.
