That's requiring an Android Emulator which I tried b4 & it didn't work. Any other ideas?

Gaging from this unless you are a Microsoft Insider than it may not be accessible to you.
From what I have read on the Taptalk site they have removed the Windows 10 app and do not plan on bringing it back.
