I have recently been having problems with my Surface Pro 7. It has been acting slower than usual for no reason (I have antivirus software and that hasn't detected any viruses) and sometimes when I am listening to music, the audio cuts off randomly, despite the music being downloaded (so can't be due to internet) plus the song keeps playing just without the sound. Also, today, my tablet randomly turned itself off despite still having 40% battery, which is something my old tablet did when it was on its last legs. I am starting to panic thinking I have ruined it from lugging it around on long walks when on placement for university, since I don't drive. Plus it was in a case but not a very sturdy one and although I tried my best to ensure it did not experience any bumps, it probably did at times and at times I did have to run with it, like when I was late for placement. I had problems with my old tablet and even though it was 5 years old when it died, I'm sure the carrying it around to placement is probably what prompted its final demise. My current tablet is only one year old so I'm rather surprised I'm having all these problems, but then again, I have been lugging it a lot around since I bought it which may have caused damage already. I am wondering if the problems I am facing with it are related to hardware damage and whether they can be fixed without taking it to someone to repair. Thanks in advance.
