Stuttering in games, and bad performance. What i have tried. Changing the Settings From High to Low in games like CSGO, Valorant, League of Legends doesn't improve my fps or the stuttering. I have these random stutters during the games. On this rig my LOL fps is not going above 120 and it goes down till 90, on CSGO its from 200-300, on both games there is stuttering ingame. What i have also noticed is that the GPU Usage is always going from 0 - 100%. The temperatures of both GPU and CPU are good under 65C. What i have done is (updating BIOS, changed XMP Profile for the ram to 2933mhz, Disable TPM, Remove the motherboard battery, checked the pins of the cable to the GPU, Reinstalled windows from 11 to 10, overclock the CPU, DDU on the GPU Drivers and reinstalling them, the PC is in high-performance mode. No viruses as i ran many tests. I have disabled game bar. I have changed the dpi cable to hdmi, i have changed the hz from 170 to 144.

Hi,

In addition to the above post, do you have Windows 10 installed on the SSD? Have you tried lowering the resolution during gaming sessions to see if that helps? Have you opened up Task Manager to see if your CPU or GPU usage is hitting 100% usage?
Hello, thanks for the reply. I have my windows 10 on my M.2 SSD. The lowering resolution thing doesn't work since i already tried it ingame, and about Task Manager the thing is nothing is 100% of usage just the GPU going from 0 - 100%.

Do you have V-Sync enabled?

When you reset your computer, did you install all of your drivers before allowing the computer to connect to the internet?

Chipset -> Storage -> Graphics -> All others (Your board may vary, different manufacturers recommend different install patterns).

I have tried V-Sync enabled/disabled... About the PC, when i reinstalled form windows 11 to 10, i have saved the files... just reinstalled the C drive.
This is the link. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

I would be looking at a full reset (keeping nothing), installing your drivers, and then apps/games one at a time to see if you can narrow down the problem.

Since you've already gone through and done most of the simple stuff I would recommend.

Allright, i will do that. What so you suggest about windows installation? Should i let the windows install all the drivers?

Absolutely not - Windows installs generic drives by default, you should collect your drivers and install them before letting the computer connect to the internet.

Which drivers exacly, bios, gpu, chipset? Also sould i download them now and store them somewhere?

Chipset, storage, GPU, anything else your parts need. Motherboard Wi-Fi/Lan, etc.

You will need to visit your motherboard manufacturer's website to get the chipset drivers and make sure you visit AMD's website to get the latest video drivers for your video card.
I have done all of that, the stuttering is still there.

Something not mentioned as of yet, all the games that you mention are played online so ruling in or out your internet connection needs to be done.

Why are you using Malwarebytes and is it a free or a paid for product.

Post a new Speccy url + upload an expanded screenshot of Disk Manager for us.

Access Disk Management via Run.

Press the Windows+R keys to open Run, type diskmgmt.msc in the empty box then press OK.

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... after typing in any response you have... click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

Hello, thanks for the reply.
I used malwarebytes to check out about viruses, it was a free version, but after reinstalling the windows now i no longer have it. I will post the other things in a bit.

You are welcome but can I ask that you do not quote every reply as we have to read the full post to make sure nothing gets missed,, thanks.

Windows is shown to be a recent install and unfortunately as so often happens the process has not been done correctly.

Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the MBs chipset drivers, then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer or downloaded from their site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.

RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1066MHz

Ryzen CPUs do not like slow RAM so you need to enable XMP in the BIOS.

KINGSTON SA400S3 SCSI Disk Device (SSD)
Interface: SATA
Capacity: 111 GB

This drive is way too small to accommodate Windows, you need a minimum of a 256GB to allow for all the missing/forthcoming updates and moving to Windows 11 when Windows 10 support ends in 2025.
