Will a kinda old steering wheel ( SL-6696 )
work on a computer ( vga to hdmi cable )?
Will it work on Windows 10? Do i need to install drivers? Is there a way to get it running on Windows 10? I need your answers, thanks!

I think for this one, Google will be your friend, especially finding forums or the manufacturers website where others have already been down this road.
I've never seen VGA to HDMI cables/adapters. you are talking analogue and digital, plus different voltages, plus the addition of audio, so if they exist, I'm thinking they'll be problematic at best and simply won't work at worst.
