Hello out there,

I have a HP 24-N014 (touch) and there is absolutely no sound at all. Ive tried everything I know how to do, HP recovery, install drivers etc... I then went out and bought a some Logitec Z313 speakers, hooked them up and still no sound. My pc and nothing is installed as far as sound. What do I need to do next beside take it in ot the geek squad. Thanks

Hello

Are the hook up's avi? If so try rotating the plug a little while in the port.. Also do you still have a warranty on your pc?

I assume you've checked the obvious & ensured mute isn’t active or that the volume isn’t turned down to 0?
Is there any audio device listed under device manager?
Are the drivers up-to date?
