Hi guys I'm gratefull for your help earlier it certainly fixed a part of of the problem but for some reason my games still run at a really low fps

Hi Ilya. Lets make sure there is no corruption in the file system.

Click Start< type Command Prompt in the Start search box, right click on Command Prompt and click on Run as administrator. After the Command Prompt window opens, type chkdsk C: /r and hit enter. Type Y to confirm that you want to schedule a Check Disk to run on the next restart. After the Check Disk has been scheduled, close the Command Prompt window and reboot the computer to allow Check Disk to run.

Then lets see what is starting up with your machine.

Please download Autoruns. After you download the zipped folder on your desktop, right click the zipped folder and click Extract All. After the folder has been extracted open the regular folder. Run the autoruns.exe program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When you open the program, click the Logon Tab and then post a screenshot of all the startup entries on the Logon Tab in your next reply.

Okay thanks but thankfully my pc was just getting used to the game now it works fine.

unfortunately I recently have found another issue and my pc is acting extra weird, for some reason it boots up to a messed up screen. battery says plugged in not charging and I cannot change the brightness, I tried a complete system reset but It doesn't work and there's a windows system update that just doesn't wanna install. please help.

Asus one of the newer strix series, I forgot the exact model and sometimes the screen is completely white sometimes it's like a glitch like a very distorted image
An yes windows 10,1703

What screen looks to be messed up? Are you running Windows 10 build 1703? What is the make and model of your laptop?
Here's a pic of it

Please help I just trying to run a game but it just won't run properly it's like the frame rate is low as hell

Can you access the system at all an if so how long before it start happening?
Yes I can acces the system and that is just the starting screen(or the screen before you type in your password) this has started happening for like about 2 weeks rn it started before my first post and initially there were no problems after malnutrition helped me but now it happening again

Did you ever do what @Evan Omo asked in post # 3?
What were the results?

Several things come to mind when that screen comes up.

Uninstall the display drives and reinstall those see if that corrects the issue.

Does this happen when the power is plugged in, on battery, both?

Just to clarify that that screen only happens where you sing into windows and not at any ohter time or place?

Try playing some youtube videos at different quality rates. Does it happen any time there?

I already reinstalled the drivers
I have watched videos and no
Yes on both boot ups the screen before signing in

Ok..well we hope it doesn't cost to much.. So shall we close your thread?
