hello I have a problem with my laptop has 2gb ram but when I upgrade it to 4gb ram so do not start correctly windows crashes or lag in bios is the 4gb ram written yes and it's written in the translatori
 
Did you check beforehand whether the RAM you intended to purchase was compatible with your PC?
What RAM is installed & what RAM did you purchase?
