im having problems with the loading times with my pc especially on spotify and many games and other types of applications
for example normally it takes around 4 seconds to open spotify know it takes around 8-10 seconds just to load it, it gives a loading screen for that amount of time.
now i resolved the problem because it had accured to me in the past already, it was the realtek audio driver giving me this issue with slow load time.
i did the same as always just uninstalled the driver, but this time it work just for a few restarts and im pretty lost on what to do
i tried amany thing ( optimizing the drive and other thing that i found online but nothing helps resolving the problem)
anyone has any idea what it could be???
Thank you in advance

Let's get some more information:

Download and run speccy.

Once you have ran speccy, follow the instructions to upload a snapshot found here.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

  1. In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
  2. In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
  3. Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Please list your power supply unit

create another user account and log in under that profile and see if that helps.
also reboot the PC into Safe Mode and see if things improve.

if the first one helps, your main login account may be corrupted.
if Safe Mode helps, you have a software issue.

safe mode literaly doesn't work it took like 40 secs just to open up and the other account doesn't work either

Power Profile
Active power scheme: Ultimate Performance

Hibernation: Enabled

There is no need to have the power profile at ultimate performance, this is known to cause issues. As well as Hibernation.

Set the power profile to balanced and turn off hibernation with these two commands.

Open elevated command prompt and copy each command below, hitting enter after each.

powercfg.exe /setactive 381b4222-f694-41f0-9685-ff5bb260df2e

powercfg -hibernate off

Driverfix from your scheduled task, that could be an issue. Generally programs like this are considered as SnakeOil and can cause more harm than good. I suggest removing it.

Also you could disable some programs from start up and scheduled task that you are not using. Any of those programs can be started by you at any time, no need to have them running at all times on the computer. The only thing you would really need running is your antivirus....

Have you checked the machine for malware/spyware? In the process of checking for malware we can clean the machine of leftover programs and drivers/services that may still be running and hindering your computers performance. If you would like we could check. :)

This is my laundry list, it's a good starting point for troubleshooting and should get you an idea what's going on:

1. Try running the following programs, also try to keep at least 25-30% of your disks as free space.

Run Disk Cleanup (check all the boxes) this will delete things such as your recycling bin, so make sure you don't have any files you want to keep.

Run Defragment and Optimize Drives, run this on your drives.

2. Disable any overclocking or changes to power/performance settings

Undo any overclocking you may have done (if any)

Settings > System > Power and sleep > Additional power settings
Make sure your power plan is set to balanced, anything else could tamper with the wrong settings and cause issues.

3. Check for Operating System Corruption

Right click on the Windows logo in the bottom left and select Windows Powershell (Admin)
Run these three commands separately:

sfc /scannow

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

These will take a while to run, do not close out of Powershell while they are running, if one fails then move onto the next and then loop back around.

Note: It doesn't hurt to make a system backup before you make all these changes, save any important files of folders. While these changes shouldn't cause any issues, better to be safe than sorry.

4. Unplug unnecessary devices.

If you have a gamepad, extra monitor, external hard drive/flash drive, or anything that is not essential to using the computer plugged in, unplug it.

Once you have completed all of these tasks, restart it (using the restart option in the power menu) and re-test.

thank you for the reply but as always it doesn't help at all
if anyone can help me directly by telling me what to do in the moment on discord it would be of great help, im not so sure that i sould play with complicated stuff without nobody's overview :(

Would you like to check for malware/spyware? If not then I suggest you wait to see what @Pyro or @Bruce has to say here.

All PCHF helpers can only provide assistance over the forum as-per the rules.

Did you go through the steps in post #7 as well or just post #6?

Post an updated speccy snapshot for us.

What is the exact model of your Antec PSU? They make multiple.

since Safe Mode and another login account weren't much help, plus you have used DriverFix and it's still a scheduled task, my next suggestion is to backup your data while you can.

I can't stress enough what a waste of time those 3rd party 'driver update' programs are.
I am yet to see one that truly helps - they either have a sinister side hassle of malware or advertising or simply make things worse. in my experience with them, PC's are never quiet the same again once they have been used.
was this the cause of your current issue, I cannot say. but I strongly doubt its usage has helped overall.

then wipe the SSD and reload Windows afresh, the last time was two years ago, so not too much of a waste of time.
you'll get the PC back to what it was when you first got it, it'll get rid of registry rot, plus the I/O load in doing the reload will highlight any SSD issues.
