Hi eveyone,
I thought it'd be a fun idea to share the specs of the computers we have, just to see what kind of hardware other people enjoy and compare systems...
Your post should go something like this:

  1. PC Make and Model (if applicable)
  2. Processor (CPU)
  3. RAM
  4. Graphics card (GPU)
  5. Hard drive(s)/solid state drive(s)
  6. What you use it for
  7. Anything else you want to add
Novabench is going to be a useful tool for me here, because it benchmarks your computer and gives it a score, which it then puts into a nice little box to share on forums. I'll start.
_______________________________________________

  1. PC Make and Model (if applicable): Dell Inspiron 15-5555
  2. Processor (CPU): AMD A4-7210 APU @1.8GHz
  3. RAM: 8gb DDR3 Crucial Ballistix laptop RAM @1600MHz (upgraded from 4gb Dell RAM)
  4. Graphics card (GPU): Integrated AMD Radeon R3 graphics
  5. Hard drive(s)/solid state drive(s): 250gb Samsung SSD 850 EVO (upgraded from 500gb Seagate Thin Laptop HDD)
  6. What you use it for: This is my main laptop, and probably the computer I use the most for school and for fun.
  7. Anything else you want to add: this laptop was a really great deal at $350, and then I put $190 of upgrades into it and it made it even better.

  1. PC Make and Model (if applicable): Not applicable
  2. Processor (CPU): Intel Core i7-4790K @4GHz
  3. RAM: 16gb DDR3 1333MHz Corsair RAM
  4. Graphics card (GPU): EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 FTW GPU
  5. Hard drive(s)/solid state drive(s): 250gb Samsung 850 EVO boot/programs drive & 1tb WD Enterprise data drive
  6. What you use it for: this is the gaming desktop that I built, and it's great for... well, gaming! But that's really all I use it for. Other people use it for stuff too, as it's not just my computer.

  1. PC Make and Model (if applicable): Dell Precision M90
  2. Processor (CPU): Intel Core2 Duo (Centrino Duo) T7600 @2.3GHz
  3. RAM: 2gb DDR2 667MHz Dell RAM (Samsung)
  4. Graphics card (GPU): NVIDIA Qudaro FX 2500M
  5. Hard drive(s)/solid state drive(s): 120gb Kingston SSDNow V300 (Upgraded from failing 160gb Seagate Barracuda laptop drive)
  6. What you use it for: This was my dad's old computer that he bought in 2007, and it actually still works great, I can watch YouTube at 720p, but I just use it for random stuff every now and then.
  7. Anything else you want to add: This laptop is in kind of rough condition, so I'm going to be replacing quite a but of scratched and worn out parts soon to make it look like new.
[No Novabench score because I haven't been able to post it yet, it has a score of 80!!!]
  1. PC Make and Model (if applicable): Dell Inspiron 8000
  2. Processor (CPU): Intel Pentium III @850Mhz
  3. RAM: 256mb DDR Samsung RAM
  4. Graphics card (GPU): ATI Mobility M4 w/16mb video RAM
  5. Hard drive(s)/solid state drive(s): 20gb IBM Travelstar 4200rpm IDE hard drive (will be replaced soon)
  6. What you use it for: this laptop was the laptop my dad had even before the Precision M90 that he bought in 2001, and I kind of just have it because of the cool-factor and because it's old school.
  7. Anything else you want to add: this laptop is in even rougher condition than the Precision M90, so I'm going to restore that very soon as well.

These are my computers. My Wife has a Desktop and a Laptop not included here.
