My son built a gaming computer and it worked fine for several months. Recently it has started restarting every few minutes. Often this happened when playing games, although still happens when not playing games. We have tried monitoring the gpu and cpu temperature, they are both fine. we have updated drivers, including the gpu drivers. Turned off automatic restart on failure. The anti-virus is up to date (web root). No new software was installed that could have caused the issue. Lastly, we have tried to do cpu and gpu benchmarks to see if it was the problem, and it worked fine. Any ideas what could be the problem and how to resolve it?
