Hi there. :) We ask that you please read this thread in its entirety. It is imperative that you follow these guidelines.

  • Only Security Team members are allowed to reply. If you are not a member of our Security Team, do not reply to a person's thread here. Security is at risk in this situation, and our highly trained staff is trained to handle such a situation.
  • Only the Security Team member that is helping and the Original Poster (OP) / Thread Starter may respond to the thread. Any other replies are considered unsafe and will be deleted.
  • If your issue has not been replied to within 48 hours, please PM the person helping you.
  • Please follow the instructions the person helping you has given you. It is vital to the success of disinfection.
