Hi! My computer was put together in February and since then I have this phenomenon I have a 144hz monitor with g-syncel and I don't feel the 144hz or screen tearing.
Tried another monitor with another GPU.
My computer:
GPU: ASUS Tuf GeForce RTX 3080 10GB OC GDDR6X 320bit LHR

CPU: Intel Core i7 - 11700

MatherBoard: Msi Mpg z490 Gaming Plus

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 chromax

Ram: KINGSTON 2×8GB DDR4 3200MHZ CL19 HYPERX FURY

Case: COOLERMASTER MasterCase H500P Mesh ARGB

PSU: Seasonic FOCUS GX-1000 1000W 80Plus Gold

HDD: 2TB SATA3 64MB 7200RPM 64MB SATA3

HDD 2:Seagate BarraCuda 3.5 1TB 7200rpm 64MB SATA3

SSD: Samsung 980 PRO 250 GB This is the system

Monitor: Acer Predator XB253QGPbmiiprzx 24,5" FHD IPS 144hz G-sync 1ms

here are 2 videos about the problem and i don't want to get views with it as soon as the problem is resolved i will delete it immediately. Thanks!

Which one make and model.
I use my own cable for the monitor
Is not a make and model

Try replacing the cable with a better one that is capable of handling what you want it to do.
Use the information from Post #2

Make sure that the display card is secure and has power if required.

Make sure nothing is shorting out.

Rune the system in Clean Boot and see if anything improves. Follow the clean boot protocols to see if there is something that may be causing this.

Use DDU to uninstall the Display Drivers and reinstall them from the manufactures site.

Post a link for the speccy report.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Have you looked into a BIOS update?

If that does not correct it, then need to be taken to a proper shop to be diagnosed and tested.

You will have to refer to the manufactures site for the proper instruction on how to perform this correctly otherwise you will have a fancy door stop.

Post an updated speccy report reflecting this.

Still waiting on a response form Post #4
has since been replaced processor: i7-12700 non-k, motherboard: asus rog strix b660-f gaming wifi, memory: kingston fury ddr5 2x8gb 5200mhz and i asked to update the bios of the store

When did you replace the motherboard?

Original posted motherboard

Original CPU
CPU: Intel Core i7 - 11700
New CPU
processor: i7-12700 non-k
Original motherboard
MatherBoard: Msi Mpg z490 Gaming Plus
Now you are telling us that you replace it with
asus rog strix b660-f gaming wifi
You have to inform us of changes that are made so we can properly assist you in getting this resolved.

Due to the fact that you did not inform us of this the previous information is now mute and useless to anyone.

What other hardware was and has been change since the original post?

No other assistance will be provided until ALL previous questions and proper information have been provided.

as soon as i replaced it i wrote here on the forum yesterday only the ones i described were changed to nothing else

i asked to update the bios of the store
why did you not have them test and validate that the display card is working correctly?

with the new hardware in the system is this still happening?

does redoing post #6 make any changes?

did you ever replace the display cord with a proper one as instructed?

You have also confirmed that what you are playing and or watching is combatable of put putting to that.

Just because the display and card are does not mean that what you are playing, and viewing can.
