SafeMSI - uninstall program when in Safe Mode

SafeMSI.exe is a tiny, portable, freeware application designed to let you uninstall programs in safe mode. When the computer is in safe mode, the Windows Installer service isn’t started so most programs can’t be uninstalled.

The need to uninstall while in Safe Mode is not high, but when you have the need to, this little utility is extremely handy.

illogical place to place it, but that's the Forum software I guess.
