Solved Ryzen 7 5800X3D working bad?

Your CPU looks fine so the problem lays elsewhere and looking at your GPU you having probably the best gaming CPU paired with a GPU that was released over seven years ago, this on its own will cause a bottleneck as will having slow RAM and an old and weak PSU, we have no info on the other hardware so if you want us to take a look can you post the brand and model name or number of the RAM, how many sticks of it you have and likewise the brand and model name or number of the PSU along with how old the PSU is.

Today i had a computer freeze i reset it and my screen resolution changed from 2k to 1084x728 something like that and i had blocked a posibility to change it.
I know about bottleneck but I wanna change the card in this year but as i see it would be faster than that

What did you have your screen connected to when you took the picture above, was it the GPU or a video port on the MB.
It is not just the GPU that would cause a bottleneck but also your RAM, you should never mix the spec of RAM and because you have the faster and more appropriate RAM is being clocked backwards to match the speed of the slower 3000MHz sticks
Not an ideal choice of PSU but okay for the present parts.

Being that you have now got the VGA light on I can understand you not getting anything on the screen but not when you post your reply #3 because if the GPU was already dead you would not have got anything on the screen then either.
Have you tried reseating the GPU to make sure that it is sitting nice and secure, if not, give that a go and while inside the case remove the CMOS battery and leave it out for ten minutes or so, before doing any of this, disconnect from the wall socket, press the case power button in for twenty or so seconds to get rid of any charge in the system and ground yourself by touching a bare metal part of the case or PSU before touching anything inside the case.
Edit to add: Please be sure to put the CMOS battery back in before you reassemble.

Sorry but how do you think you are getting a display if the system does not detect a GPU.
Have you removed the two slower sticks of 3000MHz RAM.

Download then run Speccy ( free ) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Three things of note in Speccy;
You need to enable XMP.
The recent install was not done correctly and this in itself will cause problems, see my canned info below;
Change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced, Ultra and High Performance are a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues, the setting should only be used for gaming type notebooks that have a discrete GPU that needs the extra power.
You need to enable XMP.

Have you downloaded and saved to a USB thumbdrive the drivers that were mentioned would be needed.

If Malwarebytes is a paid for product make sure that you have the product code written down and kept somewhere safe.
Clean install Windows, disconnect from the internet, install the chipset, SATA and then the GPU drivers, restart, and test by using the computer as you normally would, post back with an update after all of the above has been done.
Please do not install any third party programs until we are done here.
