Hello everyone,
for some reason my CPU seems to run at really low speeds, as you can see in image. I have no idea why that is and how I can fix it. Maybe someone can help! Would be much appreciated!

What exactly did you change, and did it have any affect at all?

Speccy Scan.


  • Please go here and download Speccy.
  • Install and run the program.
  • Upon Completion:
  • Hit File
  • Publish Snap Shot
  • A link will appear, post that link.

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop.


Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator.
When the program opens select the following boxes:



Flush DNS
Report IE Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
Reset FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP Configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

I followed same as the video, even trying other videos where it says to undervolt from the mainboard. tried multiple times lowering the voltage offset by 25-40 but no changes at all.
 
You will need to provide the logs, help us help you.

I tagged some more help for you.

List as much of your computer specs as you can think of, also your power supply.
 
okay i seem to have fixed the issue... dont know how but for some reason when i reset the bios and changed my preferences again, it runs normal. maybe a strange setting holding it down but whatever, seems to be fixed. thanks for trying to help me tho! <3
