First time PC builder here. Thanks in advanced for reading.

I am building a new pc with the following components:

  1. ROG Strix B550-E Gaming mother board
  2. Ryzen 5600X cpu
  3. addlink S70 m.2 1TB Nvme
  4. Corsair vengeance LPX 2x16GB RAM
  5. Corsair TX650M psu
  6. EVGA Geforce RTX 3060 TI gpu

When I flip the switch on the psu the RGBs on the motherboard turn on, but it won't boot.

I have read that this mother board has trouble initially booting at times, and requires a bios flashback. I have attempted the Bios flashback at several stages at this point (removing one component at a time) with a USB 2.0 fat32 formatted usb stick with the bios file named: SB550EG.CAP

Now the only thing plugged into the motherboard is the case jumpers and fans, still no dice.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
