Restarted pc, wants me to install Windows

I was playing world of Warcraft when I was randomly disconnected from wow and battlenet. Twitch was fine as well as downloads and connections on other devices. I couldn't reconnect so I just restarted the PC. Now it starts at the windows install screen... What in the world is this? My install is just gone? This is new to me.

Can you describe this windows install screen... for us as in what message is displayed on screen.
 
I walked away for a bit. It was trying to boot from my flash drive. I have not changed the boot order so I'm still confused as to why it changed it on its own...
 
The boot order may have been reset some time back to boot from USB but maybe there was not a USB connected previously when you booted up? Boot order certainly didn't change on its own.

Change the boot order in the bios to boot first from your Windows drive.

Do you consider this resolved now?
