Request timed out error

Can you help me fix the problem of no internet connection "Request timed out " error.
Most of the time I don't get the error(Request timed out) after using command ping 8.8.8.8 . But sometimes it pops out and then I lose connection. After a while its ok and then it happens again. If I ping host everything is ok and nothing bad pops out. For naw on I did:
-renew ip
-clear IP addresses or other DNS records from mine cache
-order DHCP client to renegotiate an IP address lease with the DHCP server on mine router
-And I've used some more commands;
-netsh int ip set dns
-netsh winsock reset
-netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
 
Most of the time the Request time out can be caused by the firewall.

What are the results when you ping 127.0.0.1

After running those commands did you reboot the system?
 
I don't know how to check if firewall is blocking it here are my pc specs:
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 8.1, 64 bit, Build 9600, Installed 20210904151913.000000+120

When I ping 127.0.0.1 its always time<1ms and no error/packet loss.
Yes I did reboot my system.
 
Disable the firewall and see if that corrects it.

If u wonder why firewall is "on" I'm sure I had turned off firewall in eset before scan. Speccy just does not seem to notice it.
 
Does the same thing happen if you are to hard wire tot he modem?

Is it certain sites that you can not get to?

Will be a few minutes while going through the log

Open an Admin Command Prompt copy and past the following command
ping www.google.com >"%userprofile%\desktop\ping.txt

This will create a file on the desktop called ping.txt attach the file to your next post

Is this something that just started if not when?
If not the can you remember events leading up to?

When was the last time you rebooted the Modem and if there is one router?
 
I can't remember when it started, like a few months ago but It wasn't so often till these days because its lagging like every 20 minutes or less.
I rebooted router like 1 and half month ago.

I have super slow or even no connection when it’s request times out, not only certain sites. I’ve used wired connection to router but It didn’t change anything and I can’t try it anymore. Ping shown normal at that time.

Reboot Modem and Router and Computer see if that clears it up.

Have you contacted your ISP to see if any issues have been reported in that area?

Are any other devices connected to the network having this issue.

I’ve used wired connection to router
Now check to see if the same thing happens when you connect to the MODEM and not the ROUTER

This command will open the host file in Notepad save some place and attach to the next post.
notepad C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Use this command so we can see the IP configuration
ipconfig /all >"%userprofile%\desktop\ipconfig.txt

The other thing that you can do is run some commands to reset the computers network back to a factory state.

Can can also try resetting the firewall to a factory see if that helps.

You could also uninstall ESET and use Windows Defender and see of it helps

Unfortunately It didn't, yes I reboot after every minor change.

Open an Admin Command Prompt and type the following commands reboot and let us know.

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
nbtstat -R
nbtstat -RR
netsh int reset all
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
netsh int ipv6 reset
netsh int ipv4 reset
netsh winsock reset catalog

Which fire wall ae you using?
For ESET

If you are running Windows Open an Admin Command Prompt and type the following commands reboot

netsh advfirewall reset
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state ON

You may want to look at resetting router to factory do not forget to access the router and copy down any SSID(s) and passwords you will need to recreate them.
 
netsh int reset all -> it says "no such command"
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt -> "Resetting, failed access denied
netsh int ipv6 reset -> command run but still wrote access denied
netsh int ipv4 reset -> command run but still wrote access denied
Rest of commands are working. I will reboot and say if its working or not.
 
The host file is clean nothing there blocking sites and or IP address.

You did use the Administrator Command Prompt correct that is one of the reasons that would state that.

Do you have a different user that you can log into and see if the same issue replicates.
If not create one and see if it does.
