Hi guys i'm going to reinstall windows onto my pc as i feel it's starting to slow down. I have windows 10 home right now but it gives me 3 options of windows to install when putting it onto my USB stick. I'm not 100% sure on what to pick, anyone have an idea. this is what it says when installing .

or should i just click recommended settings ?

If you want to install a higher version of Windows 10 than you already had, Microsloth will want you to pay for the privilege, so you can only install the equivalent of the existing for free.

See if this helps.

Windows 10
All features such as Media, Apps and many more

Windows N
The N version of Windows comes without a media player baked into the system. This version stems from a European Commission order back in 2004, which fined Microsoft €497 million for anti-competitive practices.

Windows Home Single Language
It can be installed with the only selected language. You cannot change or upgrade later on to a different language.
