  • Hello everyone We want to personally apologize to everyone for the downtime that we've experienced. We are working to get everything back up as quickly as possible. Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Emails are fixed and should now send properly. Thank you all for your patience. Thanks, PCHF Management

Whenever my refresh rate is above 120hz the bottom of my screen goes black.
Ive installed the latest drivers and nothing changed.
Dont know what to do.

Let's get some more information:

Download and run speccy.

Once you have ran speccy, follow the instructions to upload a snapshot found here.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

  1. In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
  2. In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
  3. Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Please list your power supply unit

Unplug your other monitor and see if that helps, having monitors of varying refresh rates is known to cause issues.

My PSU is EVGA 600W W1, 80+

There are a couple of things of note flagged up in Speccy but the most pressing issue is the weak PSU, which is rated as Tier F • Replace immediately here

The OP needs to get themselves a minimum of a 550W Gold efficiency rated PSU from the Corsair RM range, EVGA or Seasonic.

Do you have a "cheap" recommendation?

You have been advised as to what is required, we don`t do cheap only appropriate and you will need to get any prices local to you.
