Red cpu debug light on and my display for the monitor is black and says no connection

Hi I just built my pc and I set up and once I turned it on everything worked well but I have a cpu debug light on and my monitor says no connection I tried updating bios using the flash button and I reseatted the ram and cpu but it didn’t work please help
SPECS:
I7- 12700k
Msi z690 edge WiFi ddr4
Asus 4070 OC Dual

Could you also include the power supply specs E.g Cooler Master 850W Gold V2 NOT E.g 850w
What ram are you using - and speed
Did you remove the plastic cover on the ram chip
Did you use thermal paste?
have you tried without the GPU
 
Yes I tried without the gpu I have the Corsair vengeance ddr4 3600 MHz for my cooler I got the LS720 se by deep cool and my power supply is the corsair rme 80+ 750 W gold

And these two? - Not trying to be funny. This happened just recently.
Your ram is not compatible with your CPU. However, it should not be the cause.
Can you try with just 1 stick of ram.
 
Put 1 stick of ram into Slot A2
Have you connected the cpu power to the cpu1 connection.
Is your cooler connected to the CPU Fan1 or the cpu Pump1
