I can't install Realtek high definition audio driver on my new laptop which has windows 11 .. it installs Realtek R audio which isn't the same and isnt' loud enough , what's wrong?

From where are you downloading the driver? The laptop manufacturer should have the latest drivers for the device.
Does the laptop have Realtek audio card installed?
What’s the full make & model of the laptop?

the realtek website n also from Lenovo site the latest compatible one but once it installs its just loops the install and restarts 2 times then it says cant install...card is installed ..like i said its pre installed with realtek R audio which is not the same as Realtek high definition audio which i had in windows 10

It’s most likely offering the R driver as this is the only one compatible with Win 11. Is there any problems installing an older driver?
