After discovering the original reason for the crashes I posted about here, I wound up not having any audio from my PC. The crash that caused this was a DPC Watchdog Violation. Upon further inspection, I found that the audio drivers for Realtek HD audio are missing from the device manager even when showing hidden devices, however is present in the "Apps & Features" window.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers from the Lenovo support site, as well as loading a restore point, to no avail. I remember having this exact problem before when my PC was under warranty, and vaguely remember something about fiddling with the BIOS settings fixing it at that time. I chose to open a new post because I feel this is a separate problem. Thank you. Let me know if any more information is needed

Nevermind, I remember what I needed to do to fix it. For posterity, I opened the BIOS (when booting on your computer, there will be a specific button you press when booting up. For me it's F1 but it can differ based on your device.) I was able to navigate to the BIOS's audio settings and disable it. I then repeated this process, rebooting my PC, getting to the BIOS, and then re-enabling the setting I disabled. This made the Realtek audio driver reappear in my Device settings and restored sound.
