I'm having this very random PC freezing issue for the past 6 months and never managed to diagnose the main issue.

It happens from once every few days to sometimes 3-4 times a day. And when it happens, usually I can move my mouse a bit but nothing on the screen reacts and a min later, everything is just frozen. No BSOD, everything looks healthy from the monitor (fans, memory, temperature).

The most common error I see inside the reliability monitor is some LiveKernelEvent 144 but I have tried a couple of fixes (from Googling) but nothing works. So far, online searches have mentioned anything from issues from the graphics card to SSD to windows 10.

Can I get some help on this?

Not sure why speccy doesn't attach but here are my specs

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. TUF GAMING B550-PLUS (AM4)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (ASUStek Computer Inc)
953GB SAMSUNG MZVLB1T0HBLR-00000 (Unknown (SSD))
1863GB TOSHIBA HDWD120 (SATA )
16GB Ram Corsair RGB Pro 3600
Windows 10 64 Bit

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Not sure how you missed providing the above.

RAM
32.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1799MHz

Your RAM is being clocked past what the CPU can handle which is as stated by AMD here is 3200MHz

You need to go into the BIOS, disable XMP, manually set the RAM speed to 3200MHz, save the new settings, exit the BIOS, restart the PC and test by using the computer as you normally would.

PSU: NZXT C750 80+ Gold Certified PSU 750W

Still crashes after I updated the bios to limit to DDR-3200.

Decent enough PSU but you may want to make sure that none of the modular cables have come loose.

Can we have a new Speccy url + a MTB log.

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.

Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options;

List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Click on Go.

Post the resulting log in your next reply for us if you will.
