Random Freezing Issue - Error Codes: Bluescreen 116, LiveKernelEvent 141, 117, 1b8, 1a8

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with my PC where it freezes randomly without any apparent reason. The system completely stops working, and I’m forced to manually restart it every time.

Some of the things that I’ve tried so far:

• Reinstalled Windows 10 twice and later upgraded to Windows 11.
• Ran memory tests, disk tests, CPU tests, and GPU tests.
• Updated all drivers.
• Performed various troubleshooting commands in CMD.
• Searched forums for solutions, but none of the suggested fixes have resolved the issue or helped identify the root cause.

The only useful clue I’ve found is in the Reliability Monitor, where it logs error codes such as:

• Bluescreen 116
• LiveKernelEvent 141
• LiveKernelEvent 117
• LiveKernelEvent 1b8
• LiveKernelEvent 1a8

If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this, I’d greatly appreciate your guidance.

It is a Corsair CV SERIES CV650 ATX Power Supply 80+ Bronze

CV = Corsair Value and should not be used anywhere near an add on GPU, it is so poor that it is rated as – Tier C • Low-end

Download then run Speccy ( free ) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Lets have another go at uploading the dmps.

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

You have a version of Windows intended for places of learning and large corporations, these systems are the responsibility of an on site admin and the licence is a volume licence key ( VLK ) what this means, you are running a version of Windows that you shouldn't be and therefore the only help that can be offered is with helping you get a legitimate version of Windows.

I would consider using DDU to remove the GPU driver completely, then re-install the GPU driver afterward.

Use NVCleaninstall to install.

From where did you purchase such a key.

VLKs are not intended for personal/individual installations, they are purchased for multiple users that all use the same key and the more keys that you purchase the less expensive they get.

Paying for a VLK to use on a single computer makes no sense logically or financially.

Windows 11 Enterprise plans

You will note that you have to contact Microsoft sales to be able to purchase Enterprise.

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.

Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options;

List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Click on Go.
