Hi so ive had this issue on and off for a long time

My available ram is capped very low and as a result something small like chrome or discord will be taking up 20% of my ram.

despite me having 16GB ram.

i have tried updating windows which sometimes fixes it, sometimes doesn't.

i have DDR3 ram if this could be a cause.

happy to provide any information needed to solve this issue as its very frustrating.

You were advised back in your previous thread here to get the PC checked by a local tech + asked to let us know what they found.

Have you had the PC checked by someone who knows what they are doing.
