Suddenly, a random collection of programs and games don't run properly, they run as background process only.

When booting in safe mode the programs run in foreground, with an error like OpenGl 2.0 required etc (errors depend on what program) but at least they don't run as background process only

I did a full windows defender scan.

Updated drivers including nvidea

I removed all external hardware, including monitors.

All other programs work normally.

I don't see other wrird behaviour like extreme ram or cpu usage.

I don't have a restore point.

This problem costed me 2 valuable clients, any help would be immensely appreciated!

One weird thing happend is the program ran normally for 1 day, and then went back to run as background process only. It happened randomly without me doing anything. So because of this I think it's a hardware problem, and also because I read online that someone had the a similar problem and installed a fresh version of Windows and still had the problem. I did remove external hardware (mouse, keyboard etc) but still had the problem, could it be a dusty gpu or somthing?

These are 2 examples of the problem
Keyahot 9 however works fine

Thanks you all
