So I have a couple folders with tons of pictures, I am trying to go through them and delete the ones I don't want. I click on the first picture in the folder which opens in Windows Picture viewer and start deleting or keeping a picture. So i'm deleting or keeping for a while and eventually I press the right arrow and it stops. So I think I've gone through all of the pictures in the folder, but when I go to the folder there are still a bunch that I haven't looked at yet. Why does the picture viewer do this, If I start with the first picture in the folder shouldn't it go through all of the pictures in the folder until I get to the last one in the folder, but for some reason it isn't doing that, it is stopping at a random spot. And then I don't know where it left off so I have no idea where to start again. Is there a fix for this?

What picture viewer are you using, Windows 10 has paint, paint 3D, and Photos? Also the old "Windows Photo Viewer" from earlier version is still there, but hidden. If you want it back see HERE You could also check your file associations to ensure all your picture file extensions are covered by whatever app your using.
There are also a shedload of viewer apps that wont choke on any number of picture files, Xnview is one which will allow much more flexibility than the built in ones

I looked around and found a pretty good free program called FastStone Image Viewer, it allows me to navigate to the folder I want, then show thumbnails of all the pictures, I can click on a picture and it brings it up, and it allows me to delete photos without having to confirm, which saves me alot of time considering I have almost 100,000 photos t go through.
What do you mean by that, trapped, if it is trapped in the folder then wouldn't I still be able to go through all photos in that folder and delete or not delete them, in order from the first to the last photo?
Your report that the problem occurs within the Windows Photos app negates this possibility. Windows Photos will not load a library.
Well since I found this application, I guess this would be solved, but does anyone know why Windows Photo was doing that in the first place? I mean if I go into a folder and open the first photo in the folder using Windows Photo, shouldn't i be able to toggle through every photo in that folder from first to last without Windows Photo stopping at a random photo saying its the last photo in the folder even though its not? No one has really explained why this is happening.
Well Brandon I certainly can't explain why it does it, maybe others can give you a technical explanation. Photos is a very ordinary app which I choose never to use on my Windows 10 machines as there are so many good third party and free offerings that actually work.
PS, If you like Faststone Viewer, have a look at XNView. It's free, there's a portable version, and if you've lots of pics to delete you can delete multiple files at once by selecting them whilst holding down the Ctrl key.
