So heres the story. I was just playing a game when i raged and kind of took it out on my keyboard. I have no idea what happened but now i have a problem where my screen dims when i play some games and it takes a longer time to tab into the game i am playing that has this issue. It doesn't appear to fix itself once the game has been shut down too, It stays dimmed until i reset the PC and if i go into the game again it happens again. Also after a while the screen that i am on (lets say discord) can get overly saturated and nothing else (for example if i were on discord and it would increase the saturation out of nowhere if i would tab into a chrome tab it would remain on discord but not anywhere else). It also happens only after the game was closed. If you want to see it there is a video i took (you can see when i try to tab out it comes to normal brightness but it only shows on video. Also the long black screen flashes grey for a split second.) (and yes i picked that game cuz its the first thing that popped into my mind for this showcase.)
I have no idea what happened and never seen something like this in my life. I am scared that i broke something and it is very annoying... Please help if its possible.

laptop or desktop?

If desktop, smashing the keyboard at worst means getting a new keyboard, should be no other side-effect.
If laptop, smashing the keyboard has a whole bunch of potential issues with the internal components.
