Hello , yesterday i had an update windows 10 in my HP computer.
Since that time i have weird problems:
My screen went black every two seconds
- I tried to use safe mode, but it didn't work.
- Then I tried to reset my computer to initial settings ( i save most important files in cloud) and reinstall windows 10 again.
- After it screen was okay, but i couldnt write anything in "type here to screach" and when i tried to open settings always after 2 second it was closing it.
- Now i have this problem:

When i try to reset it it always show me this,

Can you not access you google drive?
What happens when you manually log in through the Google site are there any error messages if so what are they?

no whats weird i didnt have any mistakes , but what i show in video the problem is that that it always showing, i restarted 10 times i cant do anything more

You never stated where and what program.

Did this ever complete or were there any error messages?

Have you tried a reinstall from the install media or a fresh install?

Lets get some system information.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.


Include the make and model of the Power Supply Unit if this is a Desktop.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
