Hello, very often video and audio are out of sync for me... Firstly I hear a sound and only then about a few second I see video part of sound. I tried to update the drivers, but nothing happened. Maybe you know how to fix it? I think here about the crunches that happen when watching a video (e.g. https://voca.ro/1gAZdttjYVAW) because until there are none, everything is fine...

P.S. recently I updated BIOS and other drivers for my pc and after that I noticed this problem... I have not backup, so I do not know what I need to do...

My laptop is Lenovo 5 15IIL05 15.6" FHD/Intel Core i5-1035G1/RAM:8GB/SSD:512GB/Intel UHD Graphics/Windows 10 Home

where are the videos coming from; online via a web browser, off an external drive or USB stick, or from the local drive?

if a browser, which one, and have you tried others?
if off your own storage, what programs have you tried; iTunes, VLC, Windows Media Player, Pot Player, Media Monkey?

what process did you use to update the drivers; from the laptop's website or via a 3rd party driver update program?

does it do it when the PC is booted into Safe Mode?
try creating another login user and see if it happens for that user profile as well.
