as to the PC specs, get Speccy from here;

in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste(Ctrl+V) that link into a post.

I see that a fair bit after a move!
my money is on some dust has relocated itself and is causing your issue.
2 components that are usually the culprits are the memory chips and/or the graphics card.
if it's a desktop unit, take of the side cover, remove each memory chips, wipe the contacts and the motherboard slot and re-insert them one at a time and test the PC.
then do the same if you have an add-on graphics card.
if it's a laptop, flip it over and see if it has any access panels - if so, one of them will be to the memory chips.
