Hello!

This is my first time posting here as I had no luck through HP's official website (i.e., not allowing me to post a question), thus I thought to try my luck here!

Recently, I have been thinking of upgrading my pc's installed 8 GB of RAM to the maximum 32 GB RAM as specified by the product's info page on HP's website. I have also added my pc's msinfo32, if it is of any help. (Continuation below the screenshot).

Additionally, during my initial search I found these RAM sticks, but after several forums mentioning Crucial I gave their scanner a try which yielded this recommendation. The current installed RAM on my PC is 2666 MHz and Crucial only offers 2x4 GB at 2666 MHz.

So, I was wondering if one of these options that I have linked work? Or if there are other options? If so, I would be thankful to know about them.

Thank you so much for your help!

P.S. please let me know if any additional info is needed!

Let's have a look at some information from your machine.

Speccy Scan.

  • Please go here and download Speccy.
  • Install and run the program.
  • Upon Completion:
  • Hit File
  • Publish Snap Shot
  • A link will appear, post that link.

If we ask for something, we need it. It's only to help you solve your issue.

Since we are not sitting in front of your PC, the more information we can get the more accurate the solution
Apologies, my knowledge is very basic so I thought what I provided on the spec front was enough.

Anyways, I only took screenshots of the RAM and motherboard info. Are they enough?
