Hi. I'm really sorry for interrupting and wasting your time. But I'm really desperate.
I wrote on my native forum but no one was able to answer me. So I don't know what to do. However English is not my 1st langue so I will try my best to expain what's going. on.
So I have really strange things going on with my peripherals or it's relative to them.

Sometimes my ping rises up to 2 000m/s and my mouse and keyboard feel very laggy and my monitor probably too.
But the headset was the worse. The sound was laggy with some static. I have tried to little by little unplug everything but nothing helped. However, as soon as I unplugged Ethernet cable ping slowly dropped before it disconnected and system or the peripherals were not laggy anymore. If I have tried to plug the cable immediately back on it would start being laggy again. So I have tried to wait and it was okay for some time. A restart of the PC works as well.


It happed more and more often and it's only getting worse and I know nothing that's happing, I have to try to update drives and the same issue. I would be very pleased with every answer. Thank you advance.

The system is not overloaded. I think it has something with sound or mic.

Disable the VPN and see if that helps

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:

Reset FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts

COPY and PASTE the information that is created in the log in your next replay.

I have already tried flush DNS in and like ages ago I have changed them for the standard public Google's DNS. VPN is always off when the problems occur. I only use it once a weak to access school.

I have found some information and it says it's always better to use an extern software for updating drives and scanning for the updates so I gave it a shot and DriverFix had found some possible updates. I will wait as you say so but I would like to update at least sound and network adapter drives.


Anyways I'm sending the log as an attachment.
 
Is there a reason that you did not follow the instruction. Even if it has to be over several post.

Why not just go to the system manufacture and download the proper drivers that way you know that they are the correct ones
Unless there is an update that corrects an issue that you are having then there no reason to update a driver just because there is one.
Never use a third party site to depend on drivers for your system.
Some contain malware, hacks, improperly reads the hardware, not up to date.

I know the 8.8.8.8 is Google Public DNS IP addresses where does the 4.4.4.4 come form?

Have you tried resetting the network to factory and see how it preforms?
You might also try fixing the second DNS to the correct one for the Google Public DNS IP addresses which is 8.8.4.4

Ok, I will let the drives be as they are.
Oh sorry, actually I didn't notice the 4.4.4.4 IP. I will fix it right the way. I didn't try to reset the network. I will try it.


I have noticed the issues have manifested only when my mic is connected. I don't know if it's changing something. It's very strange to me. I will try another mic. Could the jack short circuit or influence others peripherals to not work properlly?
 
So I fixed the DNS and restarted the network. I would say it's better. It was working just fine but then suddenly it has started again.

I was ping at the moment so there is a part log from cmd when it has happend.

Slim possibility unless you have been abusive with the hardware and system.
What type of connection is the Mic?

I have already sent the log I have uploaded it on google drive. And now have the same issue I can't copy-paste it or upload it as a file for some reason..... I'm sorry.
Here is the new log from today.

I didn't do anything to the hardware.
My mic is the standard mic form HyperX cloud headset. Connected by 3,5 mini jack.

I have restarted the entire network by clicking on the "Restart Network" in Windows Control panel > Network and Internet > Status.
Also, I fixed 2nd DNS's from 4.4.4.4 to correct IP 8.8.4.4. Don't know if it helped I would say it did a little. I don't feel as big lag spike as I used to have.

What is the error message if any that you are receiving?

Sorry, I thought you can see the message from 9th December. I don't know what went wrong. Still getting used to this forum. Did get to the Minitools log file or should I try to send it some another way?

I don't know if in the log are some forbidden words or something. I didn't notice any SQL commands in the log. Just a few URL links and UNICODE characters. I switch my OS langue to Eglish I thought it could help and it would be much easier to read but it didn't help. Pasting the MiniTools Log as a code didn't help either.

I have tried to use Firefox and even Microsoft Edge to posted it but it didn't make any difrence. The same error each time.

Well, I don't know it's just weird. Yesterday I had not been at home most of the time but it went fine and today I just turned the PC and did nothing at all when I came back with a cup of tea the "indicator" of audio was displaying that headset is unplugged even it wasn't. So I have tried to unplug and plugged back it again it didn't help so I restarted the pc. After the boot monitor when to the sleep mode. After unplugging of Ethernet cable it went back to the normal and it's okay for like an hour.

So I'm going to try the clean boot. And we are going to see.
 
Did this perchance start when AVG Antivirus was installed or shortly afterwards?

Been seeing this one (AVG) and a few others causing network and system issues (slowness) lately.

So I have been testing the clean boot and lags are still occasionally happening.

I have been using AVG for like 3 years at this computer since it was a good antivirus. I can't disable AVG in the clean boot settings tho. So it might be the case.
I'm going to try disable but uninstall it more likely. We are going to see if it gonna work.
