  • Hello everyone We want to personally apologize to everyone for the downtime that we've experienced. We are working to get everything back up as quickly as possible. Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Emails are fixed and should now send properly. Thank you all for your patience. Thanks, PCHF Management

So my brother picked up this windows 10 PC and has had it a couple days. One day he tried to start up Banished and it black screened. When we rebooted it the pc began to give us werfault error codes and can’t load any apps. I’ve looked everywhere for help and nothing works. I can’t reset it or preform a system restore as it always tells me it can’t preform the action. I’ve even tried the admin command SFC /scannow and if can’t do it either. The processor is hitting 100% constantly and when I open the menu with Window key+R it opens then a black screen will flash and closes the menu then it speeds up with the black screen flashing. Any help please!!!

Being new if not done already the first thing you should do is contact the seller and open a ticket, you are limited as to what you can do yourself because of the danger of voiding the warranty.

We can take a look without voiding the warranty though;

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
