The problem I have is when playing games my pc will shut off then back on. After a bit of trouble shooting I think I know the cause? But I definitely don't know the fix. I downloaded the amd ryzen master software to look at my cpu and my EDC was really high. Like climbing to 80% of 90 A while idling, and when I play games it would climb even higher. So I assumed that was the issue. So the fix I got to work was going into windows settings and setting maximum processor state to 85%. But that's not exactly a perfect fix as now all my games can barely run at 30 fps. So please if you have any ideas what could be the problem please help me out.

I'm using an: amd ryzen 5 1600 cpu, aorus b450 motherboard, Nvidia rtx 2060 gpu, and 16 gbs of ram.
 
So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
