So I wasn't sure what category to put this in but this one felt right.

Hi, yesterday after playing Destiny 2 in the evening with some friends I experienced a crash in game which is to be expected from video games from time to time I know. But today I've turned my PC on(every thing loaded fine, no change) I then went to open Destiny 2 and about 30 seconds after my launching the game both my monitors went black and my PC rebooted itself.

I thought this was strange and perhaps it had a minor malfunction so I tried again and the same thing happened again. I also tried to launch other games such as Rocket League and CS:GO as these are far easier to run and the same thing happened.

The crash itself is has similar characteristics of an overheat crash but that's not possible as it was just turned on after being off for around 8-10 hours.

Things I have tried:
- Updating drivers - all up to date
- I have a windows update but every time I start the update it fails at the very last step and undoes all of it's changes.
- Cleaned PC
- Safe mode booted games up - same issues.

My specs are listed in this screenshot - https://gyazo.com/f97a409946667fac103ebc8d5a440df8

Thanks

Lets start there so others can assist.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

If this is a desktop include the make and model of the Power Supply Unit

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Are you overclocking anything.

Power Profile
Active power scheme: Balanced

Lets change the power scheme to High and see if that makes a difference.

Checked to make sure that all of the power cable were secure. Some times disconnecting them and reconnecting makes a difference.

Re seat all the cables and cards
