So when i use my pc it shuts off sometimes in two different ways. One is that o get a blue screen with the :( error and the other way is that the monitor goes black and i think the monitor works bc i can use the monitors buttons but the stuff the pc is supposed o show is not on the screen but the pc is still running but not on the screen. Pls help me i want to fix it.

Common reason may be over heating.
Pull off the side cover of the case and see if the heatsinks (processor and graphics card if you have one) are dusty.
Check the case vents for dust buildup, and the fan blades.

I would then also pull out the memory modules and clean their motherboard slots, their contact pins, and their circuit boards.

How long does the machine stay on for before this happens?
Only playing games, or randomly whenever doing anything?
What seems to work to get it going again - a simple reboot, or do you have to let it sit for awhile before trying again?

It usually shuts off pretty fast on some games but takes longer on other games and it shuts off fast when downloading games
