I have this 7yrs old PC. It was working fine untill last week. I was watching a movie suddenly my screen turned black. No audio, no visual, nothing. I thought cpu turned off but it was still running. I restarted it then it worked fine. After some time same thing happened. I thought there might be some loose connection in cables so I disconnected everything. I cleaned it and put it on. It was working fine for a while and then the same thing happened again. I thought there might be something wrong with my VGA cable so I bought new one and replaced it but the problem still persist. I cleaned RAM slots and checked everything inside the CPU. Everything seems fine. I updated my display driver too. Nothing worked. It goes off randomly. Sometimes it goes off within few minutes. Sometimes it works fine for hours. I noticed something whenever I play any video in VLC or any media player it goes blank within 2 to 3mins. This doesn't happen when I watch videos in YouTube or any other websites. It happens only when I watch videos in media players. I have attached a picture containing basic information about my PC.

We will need more info than what is in your screenshot but fwiw it sounds like one of two things, overheating or a a lack of resources for running too demanding of content.
If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).
Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Your Speccy reports confirms that both are a problem as you have high temperatures, unstable voltages and only 2GB of RAM running in single channel mode.
It was highlighted in red so that the requested information could not be missed;
We need the PSU information as it is the most likely cause of the unstable voltages + the overheating that the unstable voltages are causing.
Also of note is Speccy is that 32-bit Window 10 Pro was installed on 30-08-2020 but there are no Windows 10 updates shown to have been installed and likewise there are no Windows 10 drivers available for the Intel Desktop Board DG41WV so no drivers have been installed either, short version, this MB is not supported by Windows 10 and has never been, without any chipset drivers being installed your MB cannot regulate the voltages or cooling fans etc.
Is the version of Windows 10 legit as in have you registered a product key for the board with Microsoft.
Yes! I did factory reset today morning. I thought it would fix if there's any software issues. That's why it doesn't show any updates installed.
When I bought this desktop it came with Windows 7. It was installed with a registered product key. Windows gave an option to upgrade to Windows 10 few back and I did. It has been working fine. I never had any issues like this before.

If you still have the driver disk that came with the PC you should try installing the chipset drivers for the MB, your only other option is to hope that Windows finds and install drivers for you or you will never have a stable system as long as you have Windows 10 installed, that said you have more pressing concerns atm, your PSU can at best be described as a ticking bomb and had you had an add on video card instead of only an integrated video chip you would most likely be looking for a whole new PC right now, see the attachment below to which I have included some info for you.

The computer may be fine used as a HTPC as long as you swap in a known good PSU and a couple of extra cooling fans, the latest chipset drivers that I could find for your MB are for Windows XP 64-bit which shows how long ago support for the board ended, there is a driver scanner at the same Intel link if you want to try it, see info here
