Hi, I have a pc I built myself that i built myself. Was running fine but one day it started boot looping. I found out the motherboard was to blame. I got a new one, now my pc powers on but does not boot or beep
Specs:
Msi X99s SLI plus
I7-6800k
8gb×2 Gskill aegis 3000mhz
Zotac Gtx 1060

I already tried resetting ram, change power supply, checked cpu pins, removing gpu, removing setup from case

PC working - replaced dead mobo - PC not working.
on that logic, the mobo would be the first thing to check.

what was the make/model of the old one?
is the new one compatible with your CPU and RAM?
have you tried start the PC without the graphics card and using the mobo vid ports?
what about removing the RAM and starting the PC to really make sure it should beep?
does the mobo have an internal speaker connected so it can beep?

When I start without ram, the pc will boot loop
I connected a external speaker thru the speaker pins

have you got a model number for that ASRock?
and the external speaker, you plugged that into the green audio 3.5mm jack or onto the pos and neg of the speaker pins on the front panel header on the mobo?

The new motherboard only required a bios update and I did it by paying someone as I didn't have the cpu.
