Hey, I'm not sure where to put this as I suspect it could be a hardware fault but I'm not sure and since I'm using windows 10 I figure I'll put it in here.
So I need 2 computers for work. 1 for doing 3D CGI and the 2nd for rendering the work done on the 1st machine ( I also render on my main machine but only at night ). I've had my main PC for around 3 years now and my 2nd PC I got about a year ago. Just before my 2nd computer broke I bought a new case for my main computer which is much smaller and a lot quieter so I decided to get the same case for my 2nd machine. I'm not sure why but after changing the componants from 1 case to another ( something I've done dozens of times before ) the display stopped working on my 2nd machine.
Below is a list of things I've tried so far.
The computer boots up, lights come on and all fans spin but still get no display. The only thing I haven't tried is new memory sticks, although, I have tried putting the memory out of my 1st pc ( the working one ) and putting those into the 2nd pc and still didn't work. I've also tried putting my 2nd pcs GPU into my 1st pc and that still worked so I don't think it's the GPU.
I've basically tried all new components and still getting no display on it. I mean, at what point with using all new components does the pc stop being the old being and just becomes a whole new build? Only thing I haven't tried is a new case.
My original i7 CPU didn't have built in graphics either so just to double check it wasn't the GPU I bought a new i5 with built is graphics and didn't get any display through the motherboard
I'm all out of ideas at this point and have no clue what else to try.
Appreciate any help offered.

- Tried on another monitor.
- Tried new display cable.
- Reset CMOS ( my motherboard doesn't have a bios battery so can't remove that ).
- Tried reseating all the components.
- Tried new RAM ( in different configurations in the different bays )
- Tried a new motherboard.
- Tried a new CPU
- Tried a new GPU
- Tried a new PSU
