So I used the Hibernate feature for the first time on my rig and after waking it up the computer is extremely laggy to the point of being unusable. Webpages take forever to load, scrolling through Windows menus or folders is jittery and it takes a long time for the thumbnails to load, programs take a while to load (as opposed to right away). Has anyone else had this problem or know of a fix for it? I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64. With my specs I don't see any reason why I should be having this problem. My last Windows 10 update version
KB4540673 (OS Builds 18362.719 and 18363.719)

Some Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
16GB DDR4 3600
GPU: Nvidea GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
Mobo: MSI B450 Gaming Max Plus
OS is on a 512GB Samsung 970 Evo NVME
Storage: 1TB Sandisk Ultra SSD, and 1TB WD SSHD
Internet: Spectrum 400Gbps running on 5Ghz wifi band.
All drivers are updated
