Hello, my PC keeps turning on by itself from sleep mode, even when it is turned off sometimes.
I've made some research online, I've tried a couple of things but still I can't find any solution.
When I run command prompt and type "powercfg -lastwake" I get this result:
Type: Device
Instance Path: PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_145F&SUBSYS_87471043&REV_00\4&2392abc8&0&0339

I searched that through device manager but there is not a power managment tab.

Any idea how I can deal with that?

Sounds like your USB ports are the cause.
From an elevated command prompt, type powercfg -h off
That should disable them from waking the pc up.
Wouldn’t hurt the also go into BIOS and disable wake in lab as well.

If I do that, will I still be able to wake it up intentionally from my keyboard/mouse?

Also, can you be more specific about the BIOS part?
 
Yes, mouse and keyboard will still wake it from sleep.

getting into BIOS changes per pc but usually it’s by hitting F2 or F10 or Esc or Del as the pc starts.
Once in, there will be a power management section and it’s usually called WOL (wake on LAN) but again, they all vary slightly son look around.

Lets see if I am able to help;

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
