  • Hello everyone We want to personally apologize to everyone for the downtime that we've experienced. We are working to get everything back up as quickly as possible. Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Emails are fixed and should now send properly. Thank you all for your patience. Thanks, PCHF Management

Hi my sons pc is locked on enter pin screen we are putting in correct pin and it says does not recognise credentials. I have tried to use advance trouble shoot and command but still takes me to pin login page. Also tried several other online solutions nothing seems to work any advice for what to do. The gaming pc is a year old

If you have signed in with a Microsoft account there should be an option for a forgotten pin, this will allow you to log in with your Microsoft Account password.

If that is not an option, there should be another that takes you to the security questions that were set up when the PC password was first created.

Try either of those and see if that gets you into your rig.

I can’t get that far it not letting me, everything I have tried takes me back to enter pin page even when I try and put in safe mode.

Rule 13 states that we can not assist you with this. I am sorry, I must close this thread. As there is no way to 100 percent verify that you are who you say you are. For all we know, the computer is stolen and we could be assisting you in cracking the password. I am not calling you a thief, just letting you know the reasoning behind me closing the thread.

Good luck. :)
