Pc Doesn't Boot Please Help Fast

I Have accidentally Changed the ram voltage from 10 to 12 in bios and after rebooting the pc beeps And no disiplay. I Have tried cleaning ram and remove CMOS battery and reset bios using jumper and even cleaning the cpu but it doesn't work at all please help me quick before my family knows it Please

after you removed the CMOS battery AND the power cable, did you push the power button to turn the PC on?
this discharges and stored current in the capacitors.
then replace the battery and power cable and try that.

with the motherboard CLR CMOS header pins, after you moved the jumper pin from 0 to 1 (or whatever it is for your system), from memory you than have to turn the PC on for the actual reset back to default settings to occur - but I haven't done that for decades so I could be wrong, and things may have changed, and you mobo may be different.

any reason why you were playing around within the BIOS settings and 'accidentally' changed memory voltages?

mobo is short for motherboard - that big pile of chips and circuitry that sits under the memory and processor.

you may need to consult your motherboards user manual for the correct procedure to do this.

Steps to clear CMOS using the jumper method

1. Power off the system.
2. Open up the system so you can see the motherboard.
3. Locate the CMOS jumper by referring to the motherboard manual and how to clear the CMOS. In general, the CMOS jumper is three pins located near the battery.
4. In general, CMOS jumper has positions 1–2 and 2–3. Move the jumper from the default position 1–2 to position 2–3 to clear CMOS. Wait 5 minutes then move it back to the default position.
5. Power on the system. In some systems, you might need to enter BIOS to reset to the factory defaults.

section 2.3 describes the jumper you are after.
and Table 25 below that, tells you want you need, that is, pins 2-3.

If I Turn On The Pc It beeps 3 times and it Pauses and beeps again.

Insert 1 ram stick
Test
If no boot
Turn off computer
Put same ram stick in other ram slot.
Test
If no boot
Use other stick of ram same test

I have Only 4 gb ram Stick I tested in both slots but It didn't work and iam gonna remove the processer and clean it and I will test it.
