Hi there!
It has been some weeks i had this problem with my pc and after trying all resolutions i found online no one of them fixed the issue so I'm here now. Sometimes, while i play games on my pc, it crashes randomly also when in game stopping the whole pc. What I see once crashed is the last frame blocked and i can't do anything aside waiting a some minutes to see if something happens (it never happens something) or force shutting down my pc and restart it. Since i had this problem the first thing they say to do on the internet is to update all drivers expecially thw gpu ones. So i did, i updated my chipset, ethernet, wifi, bios, gpu and monitor drivers but nothing changed. Another resolution i have seen these days was to set the bios setting to default so that the cpu didn't go over its limits. For that, having an asus mobo, i activated the intel baseline option but nothing changed. I did some scannow prompt and ran other scanning utilities on windows but they say everything is alright. Now i don't know what to thing apart that some components are defective. Could someone help me with this problem?

My pc components:
- CPU: i5 13600kf
- GPU: rx 7900xtx sapphire pulse
- Mobo: asus rog b760 f wifi
- PSU: nzxt 850w 80+ gold (not the atx 3.0 new version)
- RAM: 32gb gskill ddr5 xmp 6000mhz cl 36
- SSD: Kingston fury renegade 1tb
- CPU cooler: Arctic liquid freezer ii 240
- case: nzxt h5 flow

Since the chipset does not allow it i didn't overclock the cpu and not even the gpu or ram. The games i'm encountering the issue are cod mw3, the finals and fortnite mainly so it is not an unreal engine 5 limited problem. Finally i ran memtest86 and also some cpu and gpu benchmarks like chinebench and there were no problems running these programs even in thermals since i was monitoring them wirh hwinfo. So it seems like games are the problem, not other programs. That's all and thank you in advance!

Try these;
  • remove all USB devices, like the TUF external enclosure, USB stick and USB speakers for starters. When troubleshooting it's good to start from a clean as slate as possible
  • while not critical, the C:\ drive free space could be cleaned up. Use CCleaner, Glary Disk Cleaner, or the inbuilt cleanmgr to help here
  • your 6000Mhz RAM only gets that spec if overclocked. Turn of XMP mode in BIOS and see what speed it gets
  • the mobo only supports DDR5 memory up to 5600. Is your memory on the QVL for the mobo?
  • disable all the scheduled tasks you have
  • you have used Driver Easy, a driver update program. These types of programs are considered one of the worst crap software you can use. If not already, uninstall it and scan you PC for malware

Do these in the order listed. Then try and launch your game.

Disable windows updates prior to gaming.
Use this tool in extreme mode.
Use Defender control to disable defender.
Use Kill Em All -- This will close all non windows programs and running processes non essential to your computer. Note: This will close your browser, so save anything if needed prior to running.

After the 4 clicks have been accomplished, launch your game now and see how it goes.

Also there is this tool, which can increase performance.

IF You connect via wireless so you will need to enter the following commands in command prompt.
So you will need to enter these commands in Elevated Command prompt after running Easy Service Optimizer, if you so choose to run it.
Copy and paste each command one at a time and hit enter after.

sc start WlanSvc

sc config WlanSvc start= auto
